Bangkok & Hua Hin in Thailand (1 Viewer)

Please help confirm of correct my guesses all were taken last week
1. pipit maybe taken in Hua Hin 90 miles south of Bangkok
2. Poss brown shrike taken in Hua Hin 90 miles south of Bangkok
3. Egret maybe little but for the yellow bill
4. Sunbird taken in Bangkok
5. Crow taken in Bangkok

Haven't the Crows been split and this is now Eastern Jungle Crow?

Yes, you're right if you follow the split. I think birds that are now called Large-billed Crow are only found in the North, but i'm not entirely sure where the cut off is.

Actually I thought Large-billed are now further sth - i.e. from N Malay Peninsula south and across to more eastern asian countries?
 
I think they are in the far South too, linked by the mountains on the Burmese/Thai border. But as far as I can see their distribution is still a mess in Thailand unless i'm missing some more recent information...
