Can anyone kindly confirm this damselfly is Calopterix splendens female (if so, is it possible in subspecies level)?

Hi Murat,
from my "field guide to the Dragonflies of Britian and Europe" by Dijkstra et al, I would agree with you. I have not seen your local ssp so I can't comment on the ssp but the guide says "intermedia occurs along Turkey's south eastern coast....the splendens like amasina extends north of intermedia and balcania in Turkey and the southern Balkans."
