It's a teneral Hawker and, if the stripes on the thorax aren't a reflection, probably Common, Aeshna juncea .

Ditto - a female.
Keeled skimmers often hold their wings swept forward like that - it's a good hint for where to start with the ID although it's not definitive. The dark stripe down the middle of the abdomen is a good feature to look for.
