Hawke Service (1 Viewer)

Just a quick note to comment on the excellent service I have just recieved from Deben UK the agent for Hawke Sport Optics in the UK. I had a small problem with the focus wheel on my Frontier ED's so e-mailed them on Monday evening. I promptly received a reply from the customer services manager on Tuesday morning advising me to send them in to their base in Suffolk for their attention. I sent the bins on Tuesday afternoon, on Wednesday I received another e-mail acknowledging the fault & advising that they were going to replace them. The replacements arrived yesterday & I'm happy to say that they are perfect especially the focus wheel which is nice & light in action with no backlash. So many thanks to Hawke & I can recommend their customer service wholeheartedly.
