all of them are least sandpipers. 99.9% of Baird's in the east (in NJ) are juveniles which show a very scaloped and noticable pattern on the wings. NY should be very similar distribution in terms of age.
 
yes agree 2 does look like baird's. and 3 I'm not sure of, sorry I was pretty quick to call them leasts without looking closely enough.
