Hello group

I captured a bird here in Spain and I wondered if anyone knows what kind of bird this is?

Thanks!

This doesn't appear to be a species from Europe, in fact it looks very like a Vinous-breasted Starling (Sturnus burmannicus) which is a native of South east Asia. The only thing that looks wrong is the dark eye. This species is kept in captivity so a natural origin would seem unlikely.

the bird was spotted ´free´ not in a cage or in a bird park or something. I am near Alicante at the moment. Don´t have any bird books ofcourse here :-( but liked the bird.

Thanks for looking and thinking about the bird
