Hi,

Would appreciate help in id-ing these from Chikmagalur, South India. All pics were taken last week.

1) Common swift?
2) Oriole id help - I found the streaks a bit thicker than the ones I've seen so far on an Indian golden oriole.Sorry about the angle.

Thanks very much,
Ajay

I'm a bit puzzled by no. 1 as it has the structure of a Swiftlet but looks more like a Little Swift plumage wise (white throat, dark brown body, warm brown underwing coverts).

The Oriole is an immature Indian Golden.

Thanks a lot. I saw some images of little swifts that looked this one. So I'll probably go with that. Thanks again.
