2 Hoopoes, 3 Dusky Thrushes and a White-cheeked Starling at Beidaihe today. Nothing rare, but Hoopoes are one of my favourites.

just had two decent birds today at rutland water.A pair of ospreys on there nest and a red kite sitting in tree next to them, bet that never happens again

Small flock of cranes, with four species, passing Beidaihe, east China not too shabby I think. Right now, can't remember the species - but would be four of Common, Hooded, Red-crowned, Siberian and White-naped.
Got a photo from Beidaihe of five individual gulls of five species standing together: Common (Kamchatka), Vega, Black-tailed, Common Black-headed and Relict.
