Dear friends,

I am a long-time reader of bird forum and have only recently ordered an ED82 fieldscope and a 30* eyepiece, thanking to valuable advisors in this forum. I was using a pair of binoculars and felt that a fieldscope would be necessary. I am in HK and feel very glad joining this forum!

hi zuolong

hi zuolong

they sound like super birds to see, we get common spoonbills here on passage in the uk
only rarely do they visit our county where i live we also have the red kite here now
which due to a new introductory scheme by introduceing other red kites here from
northern europe and elsewhere has allowed this bird to spread out from a small population of birds which were endangered here to now a thriveing population here
now in the uk, red kites are often seen on passage here now in my county.
