Bees and Wasps Mallorca (1 Viewer)

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me id these insects taken in Mallorca last April.

1. Scolia or megascolia sp
2. i think this is a sawfly that looks like a scolia. Check out the head, it is quite different
3. polistes. Paper wasp.

Thanks for that Andy

further research has led me to think that 1 is Megascolia Maculata Maculata
and 2 Megascolia Bidens but I'm far from sure.

Any other comments would be welcome
