A camera for digiscoping (1 Viewer)

Hi all.
I have been looking at this guys website, www.digiscopediary.co.uk, and have been surprised with the results. Me and my dad have sorted something somewhat similar to his equipment for Christmas (excluding camera).

I already have a Digital Compact Camera (Samsung S850) but it has 5x external optical zoom.

I am now looking for a camera (suited to digiscoping) that uses SD memory cards, and is under £110, any ideas?

I have seen a few but do not know if they are any good for digiscoping.

Samsung Digimax i6
Samsung NV3
Nikon S1

Don't know about the Nikon but the two Samsungs are sold as a part of a digiscoping Kits by Opticron
