I bought a used demo 10x25 LX L on ebay. Loved it, but focus was rough in some areas and a little bit of mis collimation. Took some effort to see single stars and my eyes would "spring" a little when I looked away from the bino.
Anyway, they said it was covered under the $22 warranty. They sent me a brand new binocular with accessories and a different serial number. The new one seems perfect, focus and collimation wise. I was impressed.
