It has a very odd look to me, like it's an amalgum of different birds?

Vinous-breasted Starling probably but the big white wing patch is odd and the small black mask is missing?

yeah, there's something weird going on around the eye - what's that ring just forward of the yellow glass eye? I think the bare skin around the eye wasn't properly preserved, and whoever stuffed the bird had to stretch the remaining skin to fill in the empty space as best he could, which helps explain why the feathers of the neck and head are in such disarray.

Other than that, looks fine for vinous-breasted starling, if a bit faded. You don't normally see that much of a white wing patch in a live bird, but this scruffy example doesn't have its wing fully folded.
