Power pack for Nikon 990 (1 Viewer)

I've been digiscoping for the first time today with my Nikon 990. I am encouraged by the results... not brilliant but very passable for a first try.

However I found that the batteries ran down very quickly so although I had taken a spare set I was a bit limited to how many pictures I was able to take.

Could someone give me some advice about power packs? Do they help a lot? What are the best to buy? Where to get them?

hi kath i was having the same problem with my nikon coolpix 800 until i bought the annsman power pack from warehouse express it comes with 2 3000mah batterys and charger well worth the money ,i have been out all day and never run out,it als comes with different connection tips for different cameras .just make sure it is compatable with the voltage of the 990.

ps.if this is not compatable try maplins they have a power pack that is compatable.
