Bird of prey silhouette - Lancashire UK (1 Viewer)

Probably unidentifiable but this bird of prey was at Leighton Moss yesterday. There were Marsh Harriers around but this one just struck me as different, unfortunately it was only flying past and then away from me into the sun, so rubbish shots below. Any ideas?
