The Great Shearwater invasion (1 Viewer)

Hi,

Thought you might like to know that we've had whole flocks of Great Shearwaters turning up in Australia...until this year, there have only been something like three confirmed records.

Be interesting to know if numbers are down in Europe or up in the southeast Pacific. If anyone wishes to comment, it'd be great to know what's going on. There's an article about it here http://bird-o.com/2011/04/03/the-great-shearwater-invasion/

Regards,

Simon.
