is this a Nightingale or a Thrush Nightingale, what do you think?

Does the extent of mottling and what appear to be pointed rectrices, indicate a juv, so tail may not be such a clue? It is very dark overall though so I agree with Thrush.

Nutty, brighten the pic and count primaries, 7 for Nightingale 8 for Thrush.
