Help with mobile please (1 Viewer)

I've a Samsung Tocco Lite which I've had for a couple of years.

I'm not aware of changing any settings but today it won't ring and goes straight to Voicemail.

I've looked and looked and even a friend has had a go, but we can't find where to change it back again.

Can anyone help me please?

This is a bump really.

I managed to get it back, but only on a temporary basis by pressing and holding 4 (which is for Voicemail). This may allow the phone to ring for a few hours or a day, but then it's back to diverting straight to Voicemail again.

Please help someone - I'm stumped!

The trouble is, when it goes off, I don't even get notifications of missed calls.
