Hi guys.

Should I get a new scope? This is the second time this Vortex Sandpiper needs to be serviced..

Buy another one?
Should I get the Theron saker? How's warranty like? or the Celestron Regal 65 F-ED?

History
The first time I sent it back was in 2010/2011, as there's mold/spots developing inside the scope even though I have never brought the scope out. Staying near the beach though. Didn't remove the entire packaging also

The lens at the back moves up and down when the zoom is rotated.

How do you guys keep your scopes? Free from those crap growing on the rubber?

Thanks
