Here's my first posting featuring one of our largest local birds. I hope to get more sketching opportunities with the onset of the southern summer. Happy birding to all.

Nice job. But, if I might make a suggestion, the front half (lower breast, head, bill, neck) would benefit from darkening to bring it into better balance with the wings and back half.
