black/white-winged larks Astana area October

I might be in the Astana area in early October. Does anyone know if both Black/White-winged Larks can still be found around Korgalzhyn in October? Thanks.

According to the local guide I had there ten years ago, Black Larks are in the area all year (especially the males). They apparently gather along the roads in winter. See also: http://www.birds.kz/v2taxon.php?s=380&l=en

The same website says that some White-winged Larks may stay till November: http://www.birds.kz/v2taxon.php?s=379&l=en
