Bird ID Needed... Eagle? (Maryland USA) (1 Viewer)

Hey All,

I was in Harpers Ferry on a bike ride/bird watch, and I saw this guy. He was way up, so I apologize for the pic quality. There were a few turkey vultures wheeling above, and he was in the same area. However, I noticed a white head and tail. Looks like an eagle, but I wanted some corroboration from the experts on this board.

Yes - it's a Bald Eagle, adult.

it's the emblem bird of the united states, an adult bird.
