Had phone photo from my daughter pleased to see a Woodpecker, but what is the yellow and black bird? Not clearly great tit, greenfinch, suggestions please.

My wife suggested a Siskin, initially it seemed too small and I am used to seeing them from behind with more colour variation on the wing, but agree a Siskin.

I would have thought siskin too ,we have just started having them come to our garden and I had to ask what they were ,,but ours have a bit more green on them
