Hi everyone,

I am going to Milan in a couple of weeks for a weekend and wonder if anyone knows of any good bird spots in the city. It is very unlikely that I will have time to get outside the city due to the short time I will be there but it would be cool to see some birds while I am there. I am interested in all birds but especially those it would be harder to see in Britain,

Thanks very much, Nick

Hi, just got back from a great time in Milan. Loved the sights and food and managed to see a few birds too. Saw about 15 species in total- the highlights for this relatively new birder were hooded crow, Italian sparrow and black redstart- great views in the Parco Sempione
