Yes, Ruby-crowned Kinglet: you can see the eye-ring in the first picture, and a white wing-bar next to black primary feathers (glinting yellow in the sun). Yellowthroats don't have wingbars.
 
I looked at this earlier and could not get an ID on it. The photo made it look "so big".

I should have gotten it though as we caught both the RCKI and the GCKI in the mist nets today while bird banding!

Ruby-crowned Kinglet, RCKI, it is.
