If you aren't aware of the FSC this is their website - www.field-studies-council.org. Their 2008 brochure is out and there are lots of interesting courses going on around the country. I went to an wildlife art course at Flatford Mill last year and really enjoyed it- combined it with a first visit to Minsmere and Havergate island. Most excited because I have just booked a course- 'Spring Birds in Pembrokeshire' at the end of April. I'm sure they won't mind the sketch book but I'll probably feel obliged to limit the use of my Canon digital SLR- it makes such a loud albeit very satisfying 'click'.
See you there;)
