Found this plant on a boggy area in Norfolk - it was the only one if its kind there. Could you help me out please?

Dear Jimmyg,
Your clear pic shows it to be a plant of Rosebay Willowherb or Fireweed. As it was only a single plant it might have only arrived there in the past few years. The seeds are carried by the wind. I would imagine in a few years time there will be a bigger colony as it gets going.

Thanks for your help. I've heard of that so it can't be rare! I'm just hoping it attracts Willowherb Hawkmoths...
