Sony FX1 for videscoping? (1 Viewer)

Hi there,
I've had a bit of success in the past using a coolpix 4500 to digiscope with a mid sized nikon fieldscope ( sorry not sure which model! ). I now own a Sony FX1 hi def camera and have entertained the idea of hooking it up with the scope. So i wondered if anyone out there has done the same, and can give advice on what sort of hardware / settings are required for it to work...

Cheers!
