Hi all,

I am new to this and was wondering if anyone out there knew of any possible bird watching groups in Spain and preferably Almeria?

Also, if anyone lives or goes over there at all for holidays and may know of any good places to go watching?

I look forward to hearing from anyone who may have any idea!

Thanks, Paul :eat:

Yes there is one, a mate of mine lives near there and is in it, it is the Arboleas Bird Group. The guy who organises it, has a blog, http://birding-the-costa.blogspot.c...-max=2011-01-01T00:00:00+01:00&max-results=11
That is their latest trip. I cant find a contact address on there, if you have no joy, contact me, and ill get Dave and Gilly to email you.

Extremadura is hard to beat, though Andalucia, Barcelona and the Pyrenees are also brilliant too, hopefully the usual suspects will pitch in with info extolling the virtues of their particular regions too. :hi:
