chucked in 5 at the last minute between trips to Berlin and the UK, deeply disappointed with the camera, but at least it's free, so nothing to lose. So now we need to find a new competition!

Congratulations old bean- most definitely the first good news I have had since boarding a train at Liverpool Street at 645PM which now at 10PM is still stuck between Chelmsford and Colchester..

A nice surprise. It still only means that it's through to the next stage, so it's one of 122 finalists from over 700 entries. Let's just say I won't be packing my suitcase for Brazil just yet!

Stunning piece and all the best with the next part of the selection. The next part is the exhibition at Marwell isn't it?

Yes, two of mine are on the Shepherd trust shortlist, so they'll be heading off to the exhibition. Wallcreeper in snow and Ravens nice to get that far without painting lions!
