Please help identify these birds(Pics) (1 Viewer)

Some birds built a nest right above our front door. We live in Kansas City, Kansas and we noticed the nest about 2 or 3 months ago. The mommy and daddy bird both look exactly the same and hang out above the door during the night and are gone all day long. I tried googling what kind of birds they are but I just can't quite identify them. I really hope someone can help.
