Rusty Flowerpiercer? Near Quito Ecuador (1 Viewer)

These are not very good photos, but is this a male rusty flowerpiercer? Taken in June 2017, in a hotel garden (lots of birds) north of Quito, near the airport. Both pictures are of the same bird.

All birds I saw on the trip were lifers, if I can ID them...! Thanks in advance!
