Technically the prairie falcon doesn't count since there was no second party to confirm the ID of such a rare bird but I was watching it for a good 20 minutes flying before it went out into the distance and Iit definately didn't look right for a Peregrine()edit: prairie now counts since one was seen on Sep. 17 at Swan Lake and is now on Victoria list)
