I've never heard of a U.S. retailer having one of these... which is pretty amazing when you think about it.
Hopefully someone else can offer you a U.S. outlet.
Perahps a look in the Yellow pages for a Photography shop (hopefully a specialist shop rather than a chain) and a few calls may be the answer.
