Should I remove a flycatcher's nest? (1 Viewer)

I had a flycatcher's nest in an open ended bird box this year. I'm hoping that they'll come back next year. So my question is should I remove the old nest or leave it there, which would increase the chances that they'll nest there again? And if I should remove it, when should I do this or does it even matter?

Thanks in advance Paynie :)
