For a 65mm spotter under 4# (Celestron Regal M2).

This will be paired with a Manfrotto 190XB tripod.

I cannot find any comparisons other than the 128 will support a heavier load.

It appears that either will be adequate for a spotter/eyepiece in the 3.5-4# range.

Does either have any quirks that make it more or less user friendly?

Thanks

After a better use of the Search function and some insightful pms I got the info I needed.

It appears either will work but I'm going with the 128rc.
