Seems to have been a good day for Pipits today! I saw a few on the marsh at Southport and immediately thought Meadow. I still think Meadow rather than Tree because the streaks on flanks look quite pronounced. But the bill does look rather bold and pinky!!!

Its a Meadow Pipit - it will be a month before the Tree Pipits arrive
