I was adding some taxonomic information when I found a sentense about long bristles in front of the eyes helping the bird to see. I had difficulty understanding that, and I think I found the source on Arthur Grossets webpage (link in the opus page). I re-interpreted it to say: "it is thought that the long frontal bristles help in keeping dirt out of the eyes so it can see its prey."

Does my changes look reasonable?

Thanks

Question: if we use "gray" for page titles of American species, should we also use gray rather than grey in plumage descriptions for such species?

I personally don't think that is necessary, a reader can maybe be irritated by the spelling, but not nearly as much as if it was the name of a bird that was "misspelled".

Agree. Especially because we've uniformly used the spelling "Behaviour."
