Ringed Little Stint (1 Viewer)

We had one two weeks ago in Hants - also ringed in Norway, 9 days prior. Its yellow ring number was - rather strangely - SEX http://www.goingbirding.co.uk/hants/show_photo.asp?photo_id=5047.

cheers, alan

Minsmere c-ringed Little Stint last week too- NSZ, same colours and presumably same scheme.

Someone seems to have been busy up in Norway!

I had a Ringed Plover this afternoon with yellow 3 letter flag and red ring that looks like it might be from same the scheme if they use similar combos across species, but haven't had a chance to check it yet.

Sorry to disagree mate but apparently this bird was ringed at Klepp-west Norway, if you type in to google its about as far west as Norway gets-not far at all from east Scotland
