These were all taken a couple of weeks ago in Aragon, right up near the French border.

The first two were in the Hecho Valley at an altitude of 1,250m, while the third and fourth were at Portalet (altitude 1800m) the next day. The fifth was at Candanchu a few days before (1,600m).

Am I right in thinking that they are Iberian Rock Lizards (Lacerta monticola)?

What size were the lizards ? I live on the french side of the Pyrenees at 300 altitude, about an hour from Portalet. Get small lizards on the back wall of the house and in the garden for many months of the year.
