The main separation for this frog is between Bullfrog and Green Frog, which look very similar. Green Frogs have a ridge on their skin, called a dorsolateral ridge, that runs from the ear down toward the back legs. Bullfrogs do not. This is a Bullfrog.

I guess there a lot closer than I thought. This one was actually a few miles away.
