Leica needs more generous focus past infinity (1 Viewer)

etc

Leica has great optics, arguably the best of 'alpha' binos, but it has a problem - it lacks sufficient focus past infinity on older Trinovids as well as newer Ultravids. The new "HD" line does not appear to fix it (correct me if I am wrong)

According to my estimate, its limit past infinity is -4D, whereas Swarovski, both EL and SLC models offer about -6D, and Zeiss FL line offers even more, -7D.

That just means if one's myopia is strong enough, Leica is not usable without eyeglasses.
