Rare White Hummingbird in California (1 Viewer)

I basically spend my entire life looking for news on completely leucistic birds, so how do I miss something on my doorstep? Where did those 1,000 birders hear about it?

Great bird! I'm surprised there is any interest given the spectacular hybrids we've had attract barely 10 people.

I'm sure they probably learned of it through the birding listserves in their area and from Audubon.
