Hi Again
I'm not doing to good this week on IDing some birds. Can anyone help on this one, the bird was with one other of the same color and a Canada Jay {whiskey jack}. This bird looked just slightly larger than the Canada Jay.
Thanks Redtail7

Maybe a juvenile Gray Jay?

Hi Redtail,

Seeing that gape, looks to be a young Gray Jay as it's know internationally (nicknames being Canada Jay / Whiskey Jack).

EDIT: Crosspost with Plnelson. ;)

Hi Redtail,

It is a juvenile Gray Jay (a.k.a. Canada Jay) that still has some of the fledgling "gape". The bird you saw it with was probably one of its parents.

Best,
Jim

[EDIT: Wow! First time I have crossposted with two other posters simultaneously.]
