Ipad-android communications? (1 Viewer)

To what degree can a person with an Apple Ipad interact with one with an android tablet? For example: e-mail, skype, etc.

Don't have experience with skype, but no problem at all with email & texting.

If you use Internet standards like email or Skype you will be fine, providing the both the machines have an app that can handle it. Texting will depend on using the phone network rather than Internet so you wil have to have devices with a SIM card. iPads come with Apples own iMessage and Facetime services and these will only work with other Apple devices.
