Id Needed For Bird In Norfolk (1 Viewer)

I've been away to Norfolk for a birding week (didn't want to come back). I took a photo of this bird because I couldn't work out what it was, and it wasn't in my book. Could anyone give me a clue please, cos it's driving me nuts.

By the way I'll be putting a report on about my holiday soon. I've seen some amasing things while I've been in Norfolk, and I think I'll be moving there soon.
