My guesses:

1. herring gull (1st cy?)
2. herring gull
3. semipalmated sandpiper, it looks like it has yellow legs but in my opinion it in no way looks like a least.

Seeking other opinions.

#1 Herring Gull 2nd winter ( I see a bit of grey mantle starting to show)
#2 Thayer's Gull? Eye is s bit light for Thayer's but that can be variable..bill shape seems right. I do not see yellow-orange orbital ring around eye like on adult Herring. Head and neck are smudgy brown like Thare's.
#3 Least sandpiper

1. is a 1st cycle gull and i don't like it being a pure herring gull. pale edges to primaries and wide tertials crescents, short pp and long bill indicate influence by glaucous-winged. if it is a hybrid of these two it would be a so called 'cook-inlet gull'.
2. is an american herring gull, i don't see anything indicating thayer's here.
3. agree with least sandpiper.

Agreed. Bill size is variable in many gull species, with females tending toward smaller-billed.
