Help with Insect Id please: UK (1 Viewer)

It looks like a Gasteruption species to me.

I doubt it's possible to ID to species level just from a photo (most of our parasitic wasp species are absolute swines to ID even with a microscope and key). Try sticking it up on http://www.ispot.org.uk. You may get someone on there with better knowledge.
