sorry for out of focus shots, caught this guy this morning on way to work.
Will go back for more pics tomorrow morning.
It's a new one for me and I can't find my guide book.

Your bird is an Orchard Oriole, only one of two species of Oriole that live in the eastern US. The Baltimore oriole doesn't have the black throat.

Thanks for the steer, from looking it up, looks like a first year male?
 
And the slightly down curved bill with grey lower mandible base.
Your bird would be a 2nd year, 1st summer/alternate male.
