I've been trying to establish this so I can make a schedule for myself and it may be of interest to others. These are from my expereince or from those of guides/locals I've noted whilst researching.
If you have any comments, amendments or differing opinions please state them below !

Also please add any individual locations and seasons you have personal experience of or add a comment about how the birding was at the time/season you were there (if not prime). Hopefully this can then become a short reference for birders wishing to visit China /S.E.Asia.

China
Shanghai : March to May & Sept to Nov.
Xishuangbanna : April to June
Dali : Dec to March
Gaoligongshan : Dec to Feb.
Tibet : June to August
Qinghai : June to August
Poyang Hu : Dec to Feb.
Caohai & S. Sichuan : Dec to Feb.
Sichuan : Wawu, Emei, Dafungding, Leibo, Yibing : Feb to May
Sichuan - Labahe, Dangba, Balang, Wolong, Mengbi Forest, Ruoergai, Jiuzhai : Apr to June :

S.E.Asia
Sabah, Borneo : Jan to April
Taman Nagara/Fraser Hill : Jan to March
Hong Kong : March to April & Sept to Nov. (yes I know HK is China but I've separated it for the purposes of this list) ;)
